We do not take prescription requests over the telephone or via email.

You can order your repeat prescription online.
Alternatively, you can download the NHS app on your smartphone or tablet.
In person
Fill in your prescription slip and drop it into the surgery.
By post
If a stamped addressed envelope is supplied, your prescription can be returned via Royal Mail.
