All of our morning appointments are released at 08:00 for on the day booking.
GP appointments are currently carried out via telephone, during your consultation the GP will assess your problem to determine if you require a physical examination, if this is the case you will be asked to attend the surgery.
Out of hours service
If you need to see a doctor urgently when the surgery is closed from 18:30 to 08:30 weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays, please contact the surgery on Feldon Practice 0121 422 4703 or Hawne Lane Surgery 0121 550 2207 and follow the instructions on the answer phone.
NHS 111
You can ring the NHS 111 number for advice directly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Calls from landlines and mobiles are free.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
