Dear Patients,
Given the shifting and dynamic changes in Primary Care and the NHS over the last 5 years we as a practice have regularly review the provisions we offer to strive towards improved services and better care for our patients.
We are therefore closing our cryotherapy service at Hawne Lane. Rest assured this means more doctors’ appointments for our patients with access to things like joint injections and minor surgery with less waiting time.
Patients currently expecting a cryotherapy appointment or who are on our waiting list will be offered a final appointment when available by our administration team.
We are positive this change will improve the care of our patients giving them the consultations and procedures they require sooner.
