District nurses
The district nursing team, employed by Dudley Group of Hospitals, are based at Halesowen Health Centre. Examples of nursing care provided include:
- Wound care
- Pressure area care
- Continence support
- Administration of injections
The palliative care team provide care and support for terminally ill patients.
